Professional Studio Bed Rental
Professional licensed treatment space for independent artists and non-students.
Course Description
Professional Studio Bed Rental is for independent artists, licensed professionals, guest artists, non-students, and former students who need a clean, legal, licensed space to work without ongoing support built into the booking. This option includes use of one treatment bed within a shared studio environment inside a licensed establishment. It is ideal for artists who are already working independently and simply need professional treatment space for the day. This is a flat daily rental option. There is no commission owed to Aesthetik Artistry Studio under this booking. You keep what you earn and are fully responsible for your own clients, pricing, communication, intake, payments, sanitation, setup, breakdown, documentation, and aftercare. Please note that this is independent studio use and does not include real-time training, mentorship, hands-on assistance, or feedback during your rental day. You must bring all of your own supplies, including but not limited to your equipment, PPE, disposables, products, forms, and aftercare materials. You are also responsible for properly cleaning, disinfecting, and resetting your area before leaving. Fee: $80/day (covers use of a treatment bed, utilities, parking, city trash removal fees, + facility access). All artists must provide: • Proof of professional liability insurance • Proof of appropriate licensure/permit (PMU, esthetics, body art, etc.) Artists are fully responsible for: • Pricing, payment, and client communication • Sanitation, setup, and breakdown • Bringing all required supplies, PPE, pigments, disposables, etc • Following all state + local regulations This rental includes space access only. This rental provides access to one treatment bed within a shared room, not a private room. Other licensed professionals or apprentices may be working in the same space during your rental. Studio address may only be used for appointments physically taking place onsite and may not be used as your primary business address, public business listing, or default booking location. Approval required. AAS reserves the right to decline bookings.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your booking. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without forfeiting your remaining balance. No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the full session and a new deposit will be required to book again. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Artists must arrive and depart within their approved rental time. Failure to properly clean the space, follow sanitation protocols, or damage studio equipment may result in a cleaning or damage fee ranging from $25 to $150. Aesthetik Artistry Studio reserves the right to deny future bookings in cases of repeated policy violations.
