POLICIES
Because respect goes both ways—
Booking Appointments

All appointments must be scheduled online or in person.

A valid credit/debit card is required on file to book your spot—no exceptions.

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit acts as your retainer and secures your appointment slot.

Think of it like putting a ring on it—you’re claiming that time just for you.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Life happens, we get it—but last-minute cancellations hurt small businesses like mine. Please read this carefully:

Cancellations, no-shows, or arriving after the grace period within 48 hours of your appointment will result in:

50% cancellation fee of the total service(s) booked

Deposit forfeiture

A new deposit will be required to book again

Partial service changes (ex: you booked two services but decide last minute to only do one) will still be charged 50% for the cancelled portion.

If you no show me—or cancel last minute—I still have to pay my bills and block off that time, so fees apply. 🥲
Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please give more than 48 hours' notice to avoid fees.

Any rescheduling requests within 48 hours are treated like a cancellation (see above).
Late Arrivals

We totally understand traffic, toddlers, and coffee spills—but here’s our policy:

Grace period:

10 minutes for services over 30 minutes

5 minutes for services under 30 minutes

Arriving later than that? Unfortunately, it will be considered a cancellation, and the same cancellation policy will apply.

We do not extend appointment times for late arrivals, and no refunds will be issued.

Running late = automatic cancellation. Don’t rob yourself of that full experience.
Refund Policy

All services are performed with care and intention, and payment is rendered at the time of service.
Because services are custom and time-based, there are no refunds. -
My time, products, and skills were used—so once it’s done, it’s done. It can't be taken back.
