Our policies are Firm! If you don't agree with our strict policies mentioned below, please do not book an appointment with us, and consider booking with another salon. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms of our policies.
By appointment only. Aesthetik Artistry cannot accommodate walk-ins. To schedule a reservation click the "book now" button above. Appointments are scheduled online only.
To maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, only the scheduled client is permitted in the studio during their appointment.
Guests, children, friends, or family members are not permitted unless the client is under 18 and requires parental/guardian consent, or the client has a disability or medical need that requires an aide or assistance.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Upon arrival, clients may be asked to wash or sanitize their hands before entering the treatment area.
Food is not permitted inside the treatment area.
Prices, policies, services, availability, and business hours are subject to change at the studio’s discretion.
Aesthetik Artistry Studio reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
All appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, which serves as a retainer fee to reserve your appointment time. This fee is applied toward your service total. Any cancellation, as outlined in our cancellation policy, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No Shows, Late Arrivals, and Cancellations at any time, including immediately after booking or more than 48 hours before the appointment, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are not refunded or transferred due to cancellation.
A new deposit is required to book a future appointment.
By booking an appointment, you are reserving time specifically for your service. Fees are applied based on time reserved, not solely services completed.
To schedule an appointment at Aesthetik Artistry Studio, all clients are required to keep a valid card on file. Your card information is stored securely and will only be charged if applicable fees occur, such as no-shows, cancellations, or appointment changes made within the restricted cancellation window.
If your card is removed from your client profile, any upcoming appointments may be canceled, as a valid card on file is required to hold your appointment.
Clients may update or remove their card by logging into their client profile using their phone number (which can be found on the Book Now page). Please note: if you have an upcoming appointment, the system may not allow card removal until the appointment has been completed or canceled.
To secure your preferred appointment date and time, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with appointment details and any required forms. These forms must be completed prior to your appointment.
Appointment changes may be made through our online booking system by clicking “Book Now” and logging into your client profile. You do not need to create a separate account — simply use the phone number provided at booking to access your appointment, update account details, make eligible changes, and complete forms.
You will receive an email reminder 72 hours before your appointment and a text reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we recommend canceling or rescheduling online, or through your confirmation/reminder email, at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Appointment changes are not permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
You may also contact us by phone, voicemail, or email; however, appointment changes are only considered valid once confirmed by Aesthetik Artistry Studio.
Squeeze-In Appointments
“Squeeze-in” appointments (which are appointments that are outside of the artist's normal availability) may be available by request and are dependent on availability. These appointments are subject to a fee equal to 30% of the cost of the scheduled service.
(ex. brow wax $15 has a squeeze-in fee of $4.50, which means the total service cost $19.50)
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% of the service total is required at the time of booking for all squeeze-in appointments. To request a squeeze-in appointment, please add yourself to the waitlist through our online booking system and include your request in the notes.
Consent Forms
If you decline to sign the required consent form after booking your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be eligible for refund.
Independent Contractors
Please note that Ayanna and Yoly are self-employed independent contractors and are not employees of Aesthetik Artistry Studio. All appointment-related questions, changes, or concerns for their services must be directed to them directly. You can contact them by visiting their individual About pages on our website.
Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. We accept: exact cash, card, cash app, cherry, afterpay
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Any attempt to dispute or reverse charges for services rendered or fees applied in accordance with our policies may result in refusal of future service and collection efforts for the outstanding balance.
NO ATM ON SITE. THERE IS AN ATM NEXT DOOR AT THE PIZZA SHOP.
To ensure each client receives their full scheduled time and to prevent delays for following appointments, service times are not extended for late arrivals.
Arriving 10 or more minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for fee details.
If we are still able to provide your service within the remaining appointment time, the full service price will still apply and will not be discounted due to late arrival.
For eyelash extension services, we may provide the service within the remaining scheduled time; however, results may be limited due to the shortened service time, and the full service fee will still apply.
For services scheduled for less than 30 minutes, such as brow waxing, patch tests, etc., there is a 5-minute grace period.
SEE CANCELLATION POLICY
The time you scheduled is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or canceled (especially without sufficient notice), we're often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business. We understand that things come up; however, we require adequate notice for any changes.
No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the scheduled appointment.
All appointment changes — including cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or partial changes (such as removing one or more services from your booking) — must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to avoid cancellation fees. Attempting to "reschedule or modify" your appointment within 48 hours is considered a cancellation, as no changes are permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Changes made within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
Your deposit will be applied toward this fee
Any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file
If no deposit was collected, the full 50% cancellation fee will be charged
Booking multiple services and choosing to proceed with fewer services within 48 hours of your appointment is considered a partial cancellation. The canceled service(s) will be subject to the cancellation fee, even if you keep part of your appointment.
Deposit Forfeiture Upon Cancellation
Cancellations at any time, including immediately after booking or more than 48 hours before the appointment, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are not refunded or transferred due to cancellation. A new deposit is required to book a future appointment. Please refer to our Deposit Policy for full details.
Failure to Pay Fees
If we are unable to process the required cancellation or no-show fees:
Your account will be restricted from future bookings until the balance is paid
We will attempt to process the card on file for up to 30 days
If payment is not secured, we reserve the right to pursue further action to recover the balance owed
No-Shows & Repeat Cancellations
Clients who no-show, last-minute cancel, or repeatedly reschedule may be required to:
Prepay for future services in full
or
May no longer be permitted to book future appointments
Specialty Services (Script & Micro, Paramedical Tattoo)
Pricing for these services varies based on quoted pricing and/or appointment duration (typically reserved as a 2-hour block). Cancellation fees will be 50% of the quoted price (if provided) or based on the reserved 2-hour service time.

Package or series appointments
Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered at the sole discretion of Aesthetik Artistry Studio in cases of true emergencies.
Authorization
By booking an appointment, you authorize Aesthetik Artistry Studio to charge any applicable cancellation or no-show fees to the card on file in accordance with this policy.
In the rare event that Aesthetik Artistry Studio needs to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will provide 20% off your service total to be used toward your rescheduled appointment.
Occasionally, schedule adjustments may be necessary due to emergencies, severe weather, power outages, illness, or other unexpected circumstances. We will always do our best to notify you as soon as possible and minimize any inconvenience.
Please know that we make every effort to honor all scheduled appointment dates and only reschedule when absolutely necessary.
Please note this does not apply to independent contractors : Yoly and Ayanna as they are not employed by Aesthetik Artistry Studio.
All services, deposits, retainer fees, booking fees, cancellation fees, and other appointment-related charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
Once a service has been provided, it is considered rendered. The time, products, supplies, expertise, and labor used to perform the service cannot be returned, reversed, or recovered. For this reason, all service payments are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for completed services, deposits, missed appointments, cancellations, late arrivals, or any fees charged in accordance with our policies.
Product Returns & Exchanges
Sealed, unopened, and unused products may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
We document our work through photo and/or video content for marketing, educational, and quality assurance purposes. This includes (but not limited to) before & after photos, video clips of procedure, and healed result updates.
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our mandatory media documentation policy. This means you may be photographed or filmed before, and after your appointment.
This is a vital part of our business. Sharing results allows potential clients (like you once were) to make informed decisions, understand realistic outcomes, and trust in the quality of our services. It also helps train future artists and maintain transparent standards.
We will never share your full face, voice, or personal information without your explicit permission. Upon request, we are happy to crop, blur, or conceal your face in any public-facing content. Just let us know during your appointment.
This media content is part of our service agreement are required in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 214, Section 3A, which allows the use of image/likeness only with written consent. You will be asked to sign for media release before your service.
You may withdraw consent at any time in writing or let us know and we will provide you will the withdrawal form, but any withdrawal will apply only to future content. Previously published media will not be removed, edited, or altered.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not book an appointment.
Please understand that our services may not be suitable for every client, and results can vary from person to person.
Factors such as skin type, skin condition, lifestyle, medical history, medications, previous work, aftercare, and individual healing may affect final results. The body’s response to treatment and the healing process are unique to each client and are not fully within our control.
Because of this, Aesthetik Artistry Studio cannot guarantee specific results, healed outcomes, color retention, longevity, or how your skin/body will respond to the service.
All services are performed using professional products, tools, techniques, time, supplies, and expertise. Once a service has been provided, it is considered rendered and is non-refundable.
We always do our best to provide high-quality work, education, and aftercare guidance, but final results and healing outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Please respect us as we respect each and everyone of our clients. Please refrain from making insinuations, insults, rude behaviors, crude jokes, aggression, or acts of violence, or any other actions we deem inappropriate. This results in termination of service and refusal of any and all future services. You will be charged in full for the service no matter the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Please provide us with the same respect and dignity we give you.
Full and honest disclosure during all consultations, appointments, and consent forms is required.
Clients are responsible for informing Aesthetik Artistry Studio of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, skin conditions, previous procedures, sensitivities, contraindications, or concerns that may affect their service or results.
Aesthetik Artistry Studio is not responsible for adverse reactions, complications, poor healed results, or undesired outcomes that may occur due to withheld, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
When in doubt, please disclose it. We’d rather know too much than play guessing games with your skin.
Gift Cards & Gift Certificates
Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and are intended for use toward services and products at Aesthetik Artistry Studio. They are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law. Any remaining balance may be issued in cash only after the majority of the value has been used, in accordance with state regulations - 90% in Massachusetts.
Gift cards may not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced.
If an appointment booked using a gift card or gift certificate is canceled within 48 hours or results in a no-show, the applicable amount may be forfeited in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Service Packages
After purchasing a service package, you will receive a code to use when booking the included services.
Service packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be partially refunded. Packages may only be used by the original purchaser. If you would like to purchase services for someone else, a gift card or gift certificate must be purchased instead.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or no-show, the scheduled service will be forfeited from your package in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Unused services within a package have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or transferred to another person.
Please inform your service provider of any allergies or sensitivities to adhesives, tape, products, or materials prior to your appointment. Unknown or undisclosed allergies may result in irritation or adverse reactions.
Please note that repeated exposure to lash adhesives can lead to the development of sensitivities or allergic reactions over time. This is a known risk and is not the fault of the client or the service provider. If you believe you may be experiencing a reaction, please contact us. We do have protocols in place that may allow you to continue receiving services safely.
Lash Retention & Touch-Ups
If you experience significant lash loss within 3 days of your initial appointment, you must contact us within that timeframe to be eligible for a complimentary 15-minute touch-up.
After 3 days, all touch-ups will be subject to regular service fees.
Proper aftercare is essential for retention. Clients are expected to clean their lashes regularly using a lash-safe cleanser to maintain retention and support the health of natural lashes.
Lash Retention Refunds
Lash retention varies from client to client and may be affected by natural lash growth cycles, skin type, oil production, lifestyle, sleeping habits, aftercare, product use, and exposure to heat, steam, sweat, or moisture.
Because retention is not fully within our control, refunds are not provided for lash extension services or retention concerns.
If significant lash loss occurs within 3 days of your appointment, please contact us within that timeframe so we can assess the lashes and determine whether you qualify for a complimentary 15-minute touch-up. After 3 days, all touch-ups will be subject to regular service fees.
Appointment Preparation
Please arrive to your appointment with clean, dry lashes.
Lash extensions will not properly adhere to lashes that are oily, sweaty, or have makeup/product buildup. Arriving with unclean lashes may result in poor retention, and you will not qualify for a complimentary touch-up.
Clients are welcome to arrive early to cleanse their lashes prior to their appointment. A complimentary lash bath station is available for use to ensure proper preparation.
Aesthetik Artistry Studio is not responsible for poor retention due to improper lash preparation or aftercare.
Health & Allergies Disclosure
Please inform your service provider of any allergies or sensitivities to pigments, dyes, metals, numbing agents, adhesives, or products prior to your appointment. Unknown or undisclosed allergies may result in irritation or adverse reactions. Clients are required to disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, skin conditions, and previous procedures that may affect the service or healing process.
Patch testing is recommended for clients with known sensitivities. However, please note that patch tests are not 100% conclusive and cannot guarantee the absence of a reaction.
Results & Retention
Results may vary from client to client due to factors such as skin type, lifestyle, medical conditions, medications, aftercare, previous work, and individual healing response. Because of these variables—both known and unknown—no guarantees or warranties can be made regarding healed results, color retention, or longevity. Additional sessions may be required to achieve desired results and are not included unless otherwise stated.
Touch-Ups
Services do not include touch-ups or follow-up appointments unless explicitly specified. All additional sessions are subject to standard touch-up pricing.
Symmetry & Expectations
Please understand that complete symmetry is not achievable, as all faces and bodies are naturally asymmetrical. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and accept realistic expectations regarding shape, color, and overall results.
Pre & Post Care Compliance
Strict adherence to all pre-care and aftercare instructions is required.
Failure to follow instructions may:
Result in poor healed results
Require additional paid sessions
Lead to denial of service or refusal of future appointments
Aesthetik Artistry Studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy for non-compliance with required care instructions.
Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or if proper pre-care has not been followed.
Client Approval & Post-Appointment Responsibility
Clients are given the opportunity to review and approve the shape, symmetry, color, and overall design both before and immediately after the procedure. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any concerns, desired adjustments, or feedback during the appointment and before leaving the studio. Once the appointment is completed and the client leaves the studio, it is understood that the client has fully accepted and approved the work as performed. Concerns expressed after the appointment, including claims that the shape, color, or design appears uneven or not as expected, will not be considered grounds for correction without an additional session fee. If adjustments, enhancements, or corrections are desired after healing (including areas that appear patchy, faded, or uneven), an additional paid session will be required.
Areola Reconstruction Clinic Day
Annual clinic day services for areola reconstruction (for cancer survivors) require a refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
The deposit will be refunded upon completion of the scheduled procedure
Cancellations, reschedules within 48 hours, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit
Waxing and sugaring services may still be performed during your menstrual cycle, as long as a tampon or menstrual cup is being used.
For sanitary reasons, intimate waxing or sugaring services cannot be performed while using a pad.
Please note that being on your menstrual cycle does not exempt you from our Cancellation Policy. If you do not feel comfortable receiving your service during your cycle, it is your responsibility to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
Intimate Waxing Services
Aesthetik Artistry Studio does not offer intimate waxing or sugaring services for men, including Manzilians or anus waxing. Thank you for understanding.
Aesthetik Artistry Studio is home to both studio providers and independent contractors.
Independent contractors operate their own businesses within the studio and are not employees of Aesthetik Artistry Studio. Each contractor is solely responsible for their own services, pricing, scheduling, policies, and client experience.
By booking with an independent contractor, you acknowledge that:
Your appointment, service, and payment are directly with that provider
Their individual policies, procedures, and pricing may differ from Aesthetik Artistry Studio
Any questions, concerns, changes, or disputes must be directed to the contractor you booked with
Aesthetik Artistry Studio is not responsible or liable for services performed, outcomes, policies, or transactions conducted by independent contractors operating within the studio.
