Our policies are Firm! If you don't agree with our strict policies mentioned below, please do not book an appointment with us, and consider booking with another salon. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms of our policies.

By appointment only. Aesthetik Artistry cannot accommodate walk-ins. To schedule a reservation click the "book now" button above. Appointments are scheduled online only.

Deposits

All services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Your deposit holds your appointment time exclusively for you and is applied toward your service at the time of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment

Your balance is due in full at the time of your service. Because each practitioner is independent from Aesthetik Artistry the methods of payment we accept are as follows :

Joanna - Apple Pay, Tap to Pay, Debit/Credit, Cash (we do not carry change, please have exact change), Cherry, Afterpay, Cash App

Tana - Tap to Pay, Debit/Credit, Cash (we do not carry change, please have exact change)

Yoly - Exact Cash Only

Card on File

To schedule appointments at Aesthetik Artistry Studio, all customers must have a valid card on file. New guests must provide their card information during their initial visit, and returning guests should keep their cards updated. Rest assured that your card details are secure and will only be charged for applicable cancellation fees. If you choose to remove your card from our records, please be aware that any upcoming appointments will be cancelled, as we rely on this information to process fees for no-shows or last-minute cancellations effectively.

Please note that your card information is not saved or placed on file when scheduling appointments online. You are solely paying your deposit at that time.

Appointments
  • In order to ensure that you secure your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible.
  • Once you schedule an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with additional appointment details and required forms. Save this email if you need to make changes to your appointment.
  • You may also make appointment changes on our booking system by clicking “book now” and “Log in” . You do not need to have created an account, you only need your phone number to log in to make changes to your appointment, account details, and complete forms.
  • You will receive an email reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment, as well as a text message reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • If you are unable to commit to your scheduled appointment, we recommend canceling or changing your appointment by logging in online or using your emailed confirmation/reminder prior to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. You may also contact us, leave us a message or email us however, appointment changes cannot be made WITHIN 48 hours of scheduled appointment as this will result in a cancellation fee. (see CANCELLATION POLICY)
  • "Squeeze In" &/or out-of-business hour appointments, if available, will be an additional $50 per last-minute/"squeeze-in" service. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 50% of the service fee will be due at the time of scheduling. An invoice via email will be sent to you OR you may choose to pay via card on file, if applicable. "Squeeze-In" appointments are by request and dependent on availability. Please contact us directly for availability.
  • If you decline to sign the consent form after booking your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and not subject to refund.
  • A card is required to be on file at all times in order to book an appointment and is only used in the event of a cancellation/no show; this is to ensure respect for our time. (see CANCELLATION POLICY) For new guests, this is done IN-PERSON upon your first visit. For returning guests, we will require an update for invalid/expired cards. If you remove your card on file, any upcoming appointments will be cancelled.
Late

We do not extend service times for late arrivals. Arriving 10 or more minutes late for your appointment will result in its cancellation and cancellation fee will apply. (see cancellation policy for fees)


If you are scheduled for an eyelash extension service, we may provide service for the remaining time scheduled - regardless of its completion and full service fee will still apply.


There is only a 5 min grace period for services scheduled less than 20 minutes such as eyebrow waxing, patch tests, etc.

There is a 5 minute grace period for zoom video/phone consultations.

Cancellation Policy

The time you scheduled is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or canceled without sufficient notice, we're often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you may need to make adjustments to your plans.


No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the scheduled appointment.


Any cancellations within 48 hours and no shows/missed appointments are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service(s) scheduled. This fee will be charged to the credit card used on file.


Attempting to Reschedule within 48 hours is considered a cancellation.


Deposits are not subject to refund and will be forfeited upon cancellation. A new deposit will be required in order to schedule a new appointment.


Inability to charge said fees will result in being BANNED from booking future services until balance is paid. We will attempt to process your card on file for 30 days. If payment is not secured after 30 days, we reserve the right to pursue legal action at the client’s expense.


Script & Micro Tattoo - prices vary depending on quoted pricing &/or duration of appointment which is reserved as a 2 hour duration. Cancellation fee will be 50% of quoted pricing (if given) or 2 hour duration of work.


COVID Cancellations - If canceling due to COVID19, proof of testing will be required to be seen to avoid Cancellation Fee.


Any cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment may also result in the forfeiture of deposits gift certificates, or series appointments, if applicable.


*Should a client miss, no show, or last minute cancel 2 or more times, or if we are unable to charge a cancellation fee:

(1) A pre-payment of service(s) will be required prior to booking an appointment

OR

(2) You will no longer be able to schedule an appointment with us and be banned from booking.


Upon booking you authorize us to charge this fee with the following terms to the card used on file. Inability to charge said fees will result in being BANNED from booking future services until balance is paid. We will attempt to process your card on file for 30 days. If payment is not secured after 30 days, we reserve the right to pursue legal action for theft at the client’s expense.


Please be courteous of our time just as we are courteous of yours.

Studio Cancellations

In the event that we need to reschedule your appointment without giving 24-hour notice, we will provide you with 20% off your service amount towards your next appointment. Adjustments are necessary sometimes due to emergencies, weather, or power failures, and we’ll do our best to make sure that you are notified as soon as we can. Please understand that we’ll try our best to make sure that we never need to cancel any appointment dates.

Expectations

Please note that our services may not be suitable for everyone. We cannot guarantee successful results on 100% of our clients. We do not offer refunds as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to ourselves as well as time spent.

Refund
  • All services, deposits, and fees are rendered and are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
  • Product Returns or Exchanges | Only sealed, unopened, unused products are eligible for refund within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Open products are non-refundable without exceptions.
Inappropriate Behaviors

Please respect us as we respect each and everyone of our clients. Please refrain from making insinuations, insults, rude behaviors, crude jokes, aggression, or acts of violence, or any other actions we deem inappropriate. This results in termination of service and refusal of any and all future services. You will be charged in full for the service no matter the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Please provide us with the same respect and dignity we give you.

Studio Policy

We have reduced the number of people allowed to enter into our establishment; this means that you, unfortunately, can not bring or be accompanied by another person or child - unless under the age of 18 & need parental consent OR have a disability that requires an aide or assistance. Please arrive wearing a mask & on time. Please sanitize or wash your hands upon entry, hand washing area & hand sanitizer is available.

  • No food is permitted inside the treatment area
  • Prices are subject to change at the studio’s discretion
  • Policies are subject to change at the studio's discretion
  • We have the right to refuse service at anytime
  • Business hours are subject to change at the studio's discretion
Duty to Inform

Your full disclosure during appointments and consultations are mandatory. Aesthetik Artistry Studio will not assume responsibility for any adverse reactions suffered when a guest has failed to inform us of any contraindicating conditions.

Packages & Gift Certificates
  • Service Packages | Please note that after purchasing a package you will receive a code to be used to book for those services. Should you cancel within 48 hours or No Show, you will lose that service within the package.​ Service packages are not subject to full or partial refunds of any kind. Service packages are not transferable. If you wish to purchase for someone else you must purchase a gift card/certificate instead.
  • Gift Cards/Certificates | These purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, and any unused balances cannot be refunded for cash. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in cancellation policy enforcement and will result in gift certificate forfeiture. Aesthetik Artistry Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates/cards.

You are not able to redeem the difference in unused services or gift certificates and balances, as they will hold no cash value, or transfer or gift them to anyone outside of yourself. You may not rent, transfer, gift, assign, commercially exploit, resell or sub-license access to the service to any third party.

Eyelash Extensions
  • Please advise your service provider if you have ANY allergies or sensitivities to tape, products, or etc. Unknown allergies can result in irritation or reaction. Exposure to professional adhesives can result in a cumulative allergy or reaction & this is no fault to the client or service provider. We do have a protocol in place if you believe you may have a sensitivity or allergy to lash adhesive that may allow you to continue to receive services.
  • If you have poor lash retention within 3 days of your lash service, please contact us immediately within 3 days of the initial visit to come in for a complementary 15 minute touch up. After 3 days, you will require a touch up with a fee. Please be sure to properly maintain your lashes by cleaning them with a lash cleanser REGULARLY - this will aid in proper retention and maintain the health of your natural lashes.
  • Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes. Lash extensions do not adhere properly to sweaty, oily, or dirty lashes. If you arrive with residue or oily/sweaty lashes you will result in poor retention & you will not qualify for a complementary touch up. We are not responsible . You may choose to come in early to properly clean your lashes in the bathroom, as we have complementary lash baths for client use, prior to your scheduled appointment; this is to ensure you take maintenance and care seriously.
Tattoo/PMU/Paramedical
  • Please advise your service provider if you have ANY allergies or sensitivities to dyes, metals, products, or etc. Unknown allergies can result in irritation or reaction. Patch test is recommended to be scheduled prior to service. Patch tests are not 100% in detecting allergies or sensitivities.
  • Please disclose all medications you are currently taking, medical conditions, and allergies . Patch tests , if needed, are to be taken and scheduled at your convenience prior to booking an appointment.
  • There are no guarantees or warranties that can be made due to variables that each client has whether known or unknown that can result in poor or no retention and is at the client's discretion. Additional sessions may be required.
  • There are no touch ups or follow ups included and are at follow up or touch up pricing.
  • Humans are naturally asymmetrical & it is physically impossible to have 100% symmetry. Realistic expectations are required prior to scheduling an appointment with us.


*** We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for those who fail to follow our Pre and Post Care Instructions. This is to be done before and after each session. Failing to follow the above instructions will result in your artist denying your service and possibly future services. There are no implied or written guarantees, especially if you do not follow instructions!


Annual Clinic day for free Areola Reconstruction Procedures for Cancer survivors require a refundable deposit. You will receive a refund upon completion of the scheduled procedure. Should you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours, or miss your scheduled procedure you will forfeit your deposit.

Waxing/Sugaring
  • If you are on your menstrual cycle at the time of your appointment, we will continue with your service as long as a tampon is in use. We will not provide service for those who are using a pad for sanitary reasons. If you do not feel comfortable with attending your appointment when you have your menstrual cycle, it is your responsibility to cancel PRIOR to 48 hours of scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation/no show fees.
