Course Description
This monthly access pass is for artists approved for the Studio-Booked Apprentice Pathway at Aesthetik Artistry Studio. Investment: $40/month plus 10% commission per paid client. This fee activates your 30-day access to: • Listing under “Apprentice Artist” on the Aesthetik Artistry booking page • Personal login to the Timely booking system • Use of the AAS POS system to cash out clients (10% commission auto-deducted) • Access to consent forms, model policies, aftercare sheets, and progress tools • Ongoing mentorship check-ins, guidance, and technique feedback (as available or requested) • Portfolio and business readiness evaluation This pass does not schedule your studio days. Once your access is approved it immediately becomes active, you’ll receive a separate private link and instructions to book your in-studio working days. All studio days must be scheduled in advance, approved by the studio, and follow AAS policies (no walk-ins, no pop-ins, no guests on non-approved days). The Studio-Booked Apprentice pathway is limited to a maximum of 3 total months per artist. Additional months will not be approved. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if you do not use all of your access or your apprenticeship is terminated for policy violations.
Cancellation Policy
All Studio-Booked Apprentice Monthly Access fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee activates your 30-day access to internal studio systems, including: • Timely scheduling privileges • POS setup • Apprentice Artist listing • Administrative onboarding • Compliance review • Internal support and resources Because these costs are incurred immediately upon approval, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: inability to schedule, failure to attend, changes in availability, incomplete use of access, or removal from the program due to non-compliance with studio policies. The Monthly Access fee does not guarantee specific appointment outcomes or income and does not cover apprentice studio day bookings — each studio day must be scheduled and approved separately. Once activated, the 30-day access period cannot be paused, extended, or credited for future months. By booking this service, you agree to all studio policies, including sanitation, safety compliance, use of the studio POS system, and the 3-month maximum enrollment limit for this pathway.
