Independent Apprentice — Studio Access
Independent workday in the studio. BYO supplies. 20% commission per client.
Course Description
This booking is for artists approved for the Independent Apprentice Pathway. Independent Apprentices manage their own clients, pricing, communication, and aftercare. A 20% commission applies to all paid client services and must be paid before the apprentice leaves for the day. Access includes use of the studio treatment room (Bed 1 or Bed 2) during scheduled apprentice hours. You must bring your own machine, pigments, anesthetics, supplies, and aftercare kits. Independent Apprentices may only take clients during approved scheduled studio access hours: Wednesday–Friday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM No walk-ins, pop-ins, or guests on non-approved days. All studio access must be scheduled in advance and approved. This booking does NOT include supervision or coaching. It is an independent working day for students who already understand safety, sanitation, setup, and PMU procedure flow - and need a place to legally work and build their portfolio. Failure to comply with studio policies may result in immediate suspension or removal from the program without refund.
Cancellation Policy
All Independent Apprentice studio bookings require approval and must be scheduled in advance. Because this booking reserves a treatment bed inside the training room and impacts overall studio operations, the following policies apply: Cancellations / Rescheduling At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a studio access booking. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges. No-shows or same-day cancellations count as a missed studio day and may impact your standing in the program. Late Arrival You may not extend your session past the scheduled end time. Repeated late arrivals may result in loss of booking privileges. Non-Approved Hours Arriving early, staying late, or attempting to work outside your approved hours (Wed–Fri 10am–4pm, Sat 9am–1pm) will result in immediate suspension of studio access. Failure to Pay Commission The required 20% commission must be paid before leaving the studio each day. Failure to pay commission the same day is treated as a violation and may result in removal from the program. No Walk-Ins No walk-ins, pop-ins, non-client guests. Clients are not permitted to bring children as this is a conflict of sanitation and safety. Only clients are allowed inside the studio during your booked time. Studio Rights Aesthetik Artistry Studio reserves the right to decline bookings, adjust schedule availability, or remove an apprentice from the program for any reason including policy violations, safety concerns, or non-compliance. All fees and commissions are non-refundable.
