Payment Plan Polcies

Whether you are enjoying the benefits of Cherry or Afterpay payment/financing options with us :

the following policies apply.


After completing your payment plan, contact us directly via text or email to schedule your appointment. Appointment slots are limited and are subject to availability. You may view available appointment slots by clicking the book now and selecting the type of service you wish to have. You may quotes these available dates and times with your correspondence.

Cancellation Policy

The time you scheduled is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or canceled without sufficient notice, we're often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we require 48 hour notice. Cancellations less than 48 hours notice, rescheduled, or missed appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of schedule service (including deposit, which is included in pricing).

Example : Scheduled service of $100. Payment plan used to pre-pay service. Client no shows, cancels WITHIN 48 hours, or rescheduled appointment. Client will receive partial refund of $50, as the cancellation fee is 50% of service

Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and will be forfeited upon cancellations. Deposits are typically paid in order to book an appointment. Because you are pre-paying your service in advance, the deposit/retainer is included in pricing(if applicable, dependent on type of service scheduled see Schedule below).

Cancellations received prior to 48 hours of service will receive a partial refund of full cost MINUS deposit fee(if applicable).

Permanent Makeup - DEPOSIT OF $100 included

Permanent Makeup Touch up - DEPOSIT OF $50 included

Permanent Makeup Color Boost - DEPOSIT OF $50 included

Cosmetic Tattoos and Procedures - DEPOSIT OF $50 included

Lash Lift - DEPOSIT OF $25 included

Brow Lamination - DEPOSIT OF $25 included

V-Facial & Brazilian Combo - DEPOSIT OF $25 included

Late Policy

We do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving 10+ minutes late for your appointment will result in its cancellation and the application of a cancellation fee up to 50% of schedule service.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Attempting to reschedule within or post 48 hours you will be required to rebook, and a cancellation fee will apply per cancellation policy, with an additional deposit - if applicable will be required to rebook, as this will be considered a cancellation. There are NO EXCEPTIONS

Refund Policy

All completed services, deposits, and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.

You will receive a full refund after cancelling your service PRIOR to 48 hours of scheduled appointment should no deposit be included or required (review Deposit Schedule within Cancellation Policy).

You will receive a partial refund if cancelling your within 48 hours per Cancellation Policy.
